Making a script to graph uptime in %

Hello All,

I'm trying to do an script, but i have some questions.
Someone can help me ?

The script will execute a 'SELECT description, availability FROM host' in cacti database, and mysql will return theses values.

e.g: DESCRIPTION: XYZ AVAILABILITY: 30%

My doubt is how to build an graph template to display these data outputed.
