Hello, i'm new in cacti, i have win 2003, and i install cacti under apache.

My problem is, when i install a new device i dont see the graph. what is the problem? is a problem of RRDtools configurations or SNTP?

1) use rrdtool cygwin build, NOT win32
2) IUSR needs execute rights to cmd.exe
3) Are rrd files being created?
