I am newbie and need for some help i did the following steps :
FREE_BSD#cd /usr/ports/www/apache2
FREE_BSD#make install
FREE_BSD#apachectl start
FREE_BSD#apachectl graceful
FREE_BSD#cd /usr/ports/net-mgnt/snmp
FREE_BSD#make install
FREE_BSD#snmpconf -i
FREE_BSD#cd /usr/ports/www/php4-cgi
FREE_BSD#make install
FREE_BSD#cd /usr/ports/lang/php4
FREE_BSD#make install
FREE_BSD#cd /usr/ports/database/mysql323-server
FREE_BSD#make install
would you please help me to complete installation on FreeBSD ?

The "easiest" way to do the installation is to use the ports system on BSD.
Update your ports and then install cacti from /usr/ports/cacti
It will grab most of the dependencies. If you are running cacti to monitor your freeBSD server, you will also need to install mysql server.
