HELP!! New Installation on W2K3 Server

The following syntax is invalid:

E:\cacti/rra/test_traffic_in_9.rrd \

The correct syntax would be:

E\:\cacti/rra/test_traffic_in_9.rrd \

Please undo your hack to the lib/rrd.php file. All colons ":", must be escaped by a "\" character in RRDtool.

I thought line 708 of the code, rrd.php already takes care of this:

/* FOR WIN32: Escape all colon for drive letters (ex. D\:/path/to/rra) */
$data_source_path = str_replace(":", "\:", $data_source_path);

Finally, I got everything to work, it had to do with the mysql user account, wrong RRDTool version, I also upgraded to the latest version of cacti 0.8.6g.

So for anyone interested, I'm using:
cacti-0.8.6g
cactid-0.8.6e
mysql-4.1.14-win32
php-5.0.4-win32
rrdtool-cygwin-1.2.11
