Help:Got RRD, but No Data and no graphics

I read most of "No graphics" Topics here, and I still can not fix my problem.
I checked file path, wrong version, rrdtool font setting
when I open my rrd file, it was full of "?" mark.

By the way: I changed to use Net-SNMP , and stop all Windows SNMP service, and I also changed to Use Window SNMP. still no graphics

The graphs are generated by rrdtool.exe. Delete the rrd files with ? in their data and have cacti recreate them.

Does your webuser / cactiuser have read/execute rights to rrdtool.exe?
Did you configure IIS to use the proper ISAPI dll for php ?

I do delete the empty rrd files, and every time I run <php poller.php> it shows Ok .file updated time is new date.

and I also give the IIS user R/E/W right of the PHP folder ,rrdtools folder and the CactiWeb folder

IIS ISAPI mode point to php5isapi.dll.

IUSR has read/execute rights on cmd.exe, right ?

Please post a graphic. Also, post the Graph Debug from Graph Management.

On another note, there was a bug in the Host Disk and CPU that has a fix posted in the General Forum.
