Yet antother graphing problem

Post by quirijn.taudinchabot@sand »

Hi,
As mentioned before, im a newbee to Cacti, and cannot find why my graphs wont work.
The rra folder is empty, and stayes empty. There is enough space, and the user running the poller.php has full acces to the folder. SNMP is working fine ( I also use SICM on the same machine without any problems).

I downloaded all latest versions of the required software, as well as the 'special' rrdtool.exe, and installed all using the windows manual. ( running on XP sp2, with iis)

here a dump. maybe someone can see whats wrong??:

Well besides the various "Result from CMD not valid. Partial Result:" which you should fix, the log looks fine.

1) What version of everything are you running?
2) Disable simple security in Windows. What rights did you assign your cactiuser for the rrd folder?
3) If you manually run: php poller.php from your cacti directory, do the rrd files get created?

Win XP sp2, P4 HT 3.2
cacti: 0.8.6.g
MySQL: Ver 14.7 Distrib 4.1.14, for Win32 (ia32)
PHP: 5.0.5 zip ( not exe install)
RRDTool: The one provided here in the forum..
Native MS SNMP
Win XP IIS

Allas, when run manually, nothing but the .placeholder appears in the rra folder?? I do get an error about cygwin1.dll not being found

( how to resolve the partial result of cmd, as the same user running poller.php has full access to the .exe??)
