Hi,
I'm sure this must be something trivial but i simply can't seem to find it anywhere.
When creating an interface graph (for example In\Out Bytes) the graph and info come out well, the problem is that the device i'm graphing has the ifName on all interfaces set to one specific name, for that reason i would like to use the ifDescr which gives me something in the format of FastEthernet-11. (which is fine for me.)
I can see that the Graph Template has "|host_description| - Traffic"
the Data Template also has "|host_description| - Traffic"
but, the Data source and the graph itself have "|host_description| - Traffic - |query_ifName|"
Where can i change the default or create a template that will use |quesry_ifDescr| instead of |query_ifName|?
Using ifDescr instead of ifName in the graph title.

You have to edit the order of the suggested title names in the Data Query for the Interfaces and the associated graph template.
Attached is the edit screen where you move around the titles. The top title, if all variables match will be used, if not all the variables match, then the next one down is used, and so forth.
