Stable software combination

Hi,

I am about to install Cacti on a Windows 2003 server, can someone please advise on a stable combination of all the required software?

Cacti Version -
Net-SNMP Version -
Apache Verion -
PHP Version -
MySQL Verison -
RRDTool Version -

I have installed and ran Cacti approx 2 years ago however would like to confirm software compatibility as on my original installation there were some issues.

Any advice appreciatted.
