create graph from cisco acl (bandwith limiting on cisco)

i used cisco to limiting bandwith via access list. before using cacti i used mrtg to make the graph. but i have problem to capture traffic from the cisco's acl usng cacti..

MIB for acl =
enterprises.9.9.113.1.2.1.1.2.5.1.1 (in)
enterprises.9.9.113.1.2.1.1.2.5.2.1 (out)

the last number is the sequence of access list when i do the snmpwalk

how i implement it in cacti ??
