Hello,
We have a problem with cacti.
If we try to access:
http://myserver/cactidir/graph_view.php
We get a complete list of all servers in the tree. The admin panel is not available though.
I'm not sure if it's always been like this...
Could it be a bug...? Or is the configuration wrong?
How do I configure cacti to always ask for a user/password?
Can view ALL graphs without loggin in?!?

That is the default behavor of 0.8.6x.
Go into Settings -> Authenication and clear the field called "Guest User". This will disable "Guest" or anonymous access to the graphs. You can also alter the graph permissions on the "Guest User" so that they can only view certain graphs.
