Problem whit cacti

Hi everybody,

I have problem but it is very difficult , I'm monitoring routers cisco 7206 , in the begining it work
perfectly, but now when I delete a Graph or create a new Graph the
others Graphs are deleted in form aleatory,and when I view the graphs
items this show an error ,which didn't find the DS. but it exist.
I reinstall the cacti and delete the tables, also download the new
version and have the same problem , I think that problem is due to when
you create a new graph it is based on ID and index from router.

Also I see when I create graph hierarchy this happen only when a add a new graph or delete
