Hello,
My cacti installation does not seem to generate any graphs/files.
I have the following environment:
Windows Server 2003
cacti-0.8.6f
mysql-4.1.13
php-5.0.4
rrdtool-1.2.10 (from cacti.net site)
Debugging gives the following in the cacti log file:
08/08/2005 11:31:59 AM - POLLER: Poller[0] Maximum runtime of 296 seconds exceeded. Exiting.
08/08/2005 11:26:57 AM - POLLER: Poller[0] Maximum runtime of 296 seconds exceeded. Exiting.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Turn the polling level in cacti to debug for one cycle and paste the output of the log file. If it contains WEBLOG entries, then don't bother posting since they just clutter up the log. Turn off WEBEVENTS logging and try again.

John Stephens: You have a compleatly different problem. Start your own thread. If you're using php 5.x then you need to run php-win.exe. Check the NTFS security on cmd.exe, rrdtool.exe and php-win.exe are set up properly for the web user and the user that runs the scheduled task.

Re: No graphs
The userid that the scheduled task runs as - check that they have read permissions to all parent folders of the cacti folder, as well as write access to the rra folder and all of the files therein.js123 wrote: Any suggestions?
