Odd start screen on install

Hi All,

Am just ont he first install of Cacti and am at the last stage... I was trying to get to the main cacti page but all I get is a truncated php line...:

raXnet cacti (about)"); DrawMatrixRowEnd(); DrawMatrixTableEnd(); include_once ("include/bottom_footer.php"); ?>

Any suggestions on this? Does cacti log errors anywhere? I was looing to start digging into this without having to go line by line though the code...
