Cactid.exe process hangs sometimes

Cactid.exe process hangs sometimes

Dear,

We have a problem with Cactid.exe ( version 0.8.6e ).
Approx. 3 times a day there is a cactid.exe process hanging.
This proces takes 1 process completely.
This happens at different times. It is not clear what is happening.
I'll try set my logfile to debug, and see if i can find anything in there.

Does anyone had similar issues ? Only solution now is killing the process manually.

Machine is Windows 2003 server, cacti 0.8.6f and cactid 0.8.6e

Had the same problem. Some processes of cactid hang, and some of them keep writing in the cacti.log, which fills up rapidly. After a weekend +-1GB!
Returned to a previous RC of cactid 0.8.6e

What was going into the log file? What RC did you go back to?
