MySQL installation on Windows - noob question

im using WindowsXP pro SP1
im following the installation manual for windows

im at "Install MySQL"
and im at line 10 - Import the default Cacti database:
my problem is whenever i do the line
C:\MySQL\bin> mysql --user=root --password cacti < c:\apache2\htdocs\cacti\cacti.sql

i always get "The system cannot find the path specified." error message. can somebody help me! thanks in advance.

I see (in topic name) that you are not used to this things.

Maybe a tip to install phpMyAdmin on your webserver, you don't need to use the command line and you can just click away.

Sure that is the correct path to cacti.sql ?

Thanks Bombmail! as u can see im a noob i did download the file but dont know how to install it, do you have to install it or is it as is? sorry i might sound really green but im really serious about using cacti. thanks
