Network Traffic Graphs no longer producing graphs

Starting a month or so ago, everytime I add a new device and assign graphs, the new device does not graph any type of network traffic stats. In fact it does not even create an empty graph as if it is not even polling.

Conversely, all existing devices graph traffic info without any problems.

I am using the ucd/net-snmp version 2 templates for gatherring network traffic info.

My question is this: how do I debug this?
