0.8.6f Upgrade woes

Post by cookm »

In an effort to be helpful, one of our operators decided to upgrade our cacti installation to 0.8.6f; he downloaded and ran the rpm without doing anything beforehand. Now our cacti install works, but we get no graphs just blank pages. Our devices are still in the left menu. If we go under console, anything under Management section (devices, etc) will also cause blank pages.

Is there any way to rescue our cacti install?

Almost forgot; we get this error message in the apache logs:

[client 192.168.169.154] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: input_validate_input_number() in /var/www/html/cacti/host.php on line 658, referer: http://helpdesk.televox.com/cacti/index.php

Nevermind, redoing the upgrade via the instructions seems to have fixed things.
