Hi all;
I am sorry i know this subject is repeated but i didn't find solution to my problem i tried all the answers i found in all the messege but nothing happend.
here is the versions of all applications:

Get rrdtool from http://www.cacti.net/downloads/rrdtool/win32/ - looks like you got the one from the author's site, and it doesn't work with Cacti.
You only need to use cactid if you have many devices, try cmd.php instead.

You're welcome!
I suggest you run both by hand and benchmark. If cmd.php reaches 300 seconds, consider using cactid. Regards,

1) Seems you can poll your device fine, but cacti never tries to create the rrd file (The CACTI2RRD portion of the debug log files). Clear your log file. Turn the polling level in cacti to debug for one cycle and paste the output of the log file. If it contains WEBLOG entries, then don't bother posting since they just clutter up the log. Turn off WEBEVENTS logging and try again.

2) Are you now using rrdtool found on this website?
3) What OS?
4) Paste the contents of your cactid.conf file
5) Does the network service / web user have the proper rights to rrd directory, rrdtool, and cmd.exe ?
