This is great software, i am new in here and i found this Software from my friends information. i try to start instalation but i have some problem. i can't login add the 1st time

so far so good on instalation, but still i can't put my self on cacti console or i can't login..
why i can't log in on http://localhost/cacti/index.php w/ username admin and password admin ?.
and how to solv this problem ?.
i am new in here and don't know about coding or something.
pls show me the way...
