Can't import templates...

Post by netracer »

I have downloaded several templates that other users have provided. When I attempt to import them, nothing ever happens. The data is submitted properly (confirmed by monitoring traffic flow in ethereal), but nothing is written to disk. I tried importing by both file and text, and even temporarily changed the permissions on the cacti directory to 777, but still had no luck. Cacti does not display any errors either, it simply refreshes the import page that I was previously on.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

1) Make sure you're running the same version of cacti or later, that the template was made in.

2) In your php.ini file, do you have uploads allowed ?
