HELP ! /localhost/cacti returns Forbidden ( Solved )

I read several topics about this problem, but anyone did not solved the problem :( i granted the access to rdd/ and log/ to cactiuser and cacti group, cactiuser have access to cacti database in mysql and everything how it says in how to install cacti
can anyone help me ?

i'm using FreeBSD 5.3-STABLE ,Apache 2.0 , PHP/5.0.4

it seems an apache issue...what do the error_log says?

I fix the Problem by adding this in to /usr/local/etc/apache2/httpd.conf
<Directory "/usr/local/share/cacti_stats">
AllowOverride None
Options None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
