Problem going from 8.6c to 8.6f

Hello
I had cacti running and i had defined some data sources using a specific data input method based on a script. These data sources are applied to hosts which have "Generic SNMP enabled host" template.
After having upgraded Cacti, these data input methods went from my personnalized method to "generic snmp oid", so the data wasn't collected anymore. Is it a known problem ?
Now, i repared all, just had to select again my data input method in each data source, the personnalized fields were still in the database.
