Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded

Post by chaz »

Hey guys I've been running cacti for a while now and I have a router that has a ton of SNMP data to read before I can create a new graph. It has a bunch of VoIP queue's that show up as interfaces like 700+.

Any way, I get the following error "Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\cactid\graphs_new.php on line 646"

So I figure I will just go to that line and increase the timeout from like 30 to 60. No luck, I don't know php and it was not completly obvious so I didn't change anything.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

BTW, I'm running 0.8.6d on Win2k3 using IIS 6.0

I get this error sometime as well.

"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\cactid\graphs_new.php on line 653" -- different line number.

edit php.ini and increase the max_execution_time to say 300. Then restart your web server.
