<path_rra> data source path

I am running cacti under win32 and my default data source path is never found with the <path_rra> ; I have to put in the full path. Is there some place that I can define it to my specific path.

Yes, under the Cacti Settings on the main console menu.

I Use Windows XP
In cacti console/cacti settings:
PHP Binary Path : c:/php/php.exe
rrdtool Binary Path : c:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe
Web Server Document Root : c:/Apache2/htdocs
Are these correct? I ask it because cacti settings use "/", but windows uses "" for directories.
İf these settingsd are wrong, must I change?
