It all depends, was it based upon a script or an snmp value?

It is likely that net-snmp can no longer query the values. Please run a manual walk of the oid's and verify.

a manual walk works greate, but if i query the oids that cacti use, it seems like snmpd is crashing. it cant connect to the localhost snmp server anymore and other snmpwalk commands dont work anymore

I would boot from the previous kernel and log a bug report to either net-snmp or debian.
