Script with lots of interfaces

Hi,

Is there an example script somewhere that simulates a Cisco router?

I have a device, with lots of interfaces, and getting
more from time to time. I want to use this device like
I do other devices, which is getting one In/Out bits
graph for each interface. I have a perl script I wrote
that polls the device to get all relevant information,
but I feel sure that despite having tried to understand

my script is not outputting the correct values. All the
examples I've found are for a single value. Is there an example
script somewhere simulating an entire router with lots of
interfaces, that I could look at?
