No updates with Cactid (cmd.php works)

Post by Elotemuygrande »

Hello, any ideas why cactid would not work, while cmd.php will? The uname/password in cactid.conf match that in mysql. The rrd etc directories are owned by the user that cactid is running as, however their parent directory is owned by root.

Code: Select all

cacti@oak:/usr/bin$ cactid
CACTID: Using cactid config file [cactid.conf]

Do these hosts actually respond to snmp? "snmpwalk -c <your_community> 'v <your_version> hostname"
