1) posting every 30 minutes will not bring help any faster.

2) WEBLOG events in your log file are useless atm and just clutter it up for trying to figure out whats happening. Disable logging of webevents. Turn your poller to debug for one cycle and post the output. If it contains any WEBLOG entries, do NOT post it. You did not properly configure logging.

3) There is probably some php security problem. I strongly suggest you uninstall easyphp and reinstall real php. Follow the cacti installation guide for how to properly configure it.
