Cisco Switch/Router SNMP Info - Script ?

I am running Cacti on a Linux RH7.3 Box, I currently get Interface usage stats from my Cisco routers

However

I want to be able to get CPU Utlization, Memory Usage, and other stats out of the CISCO routers and switches via SNMP ?

Does anyone do this now ? is there a script already made that I use, any help would be much appreciated.
