Interface ID won't update

[BSOD2600]

Seems Cacti won't update the interface ID for a win2k3 server. I've tried the following:

1) deleted the SNMP - Interface Statistics data query and recreated it (using Index Count Changed).
2) clicked the green circle
3) cleared the poller cache.

When I view the poller cache, I see the following which has the wrong ID:

When I view the SNMP cache, I see the following which has the correct ID:
