Upgrading RRDTool to 1.2 on Fedora Core 3

Anyone have any succes with this? I can't seem to get it to work..

Tried to:
- make the tarball, didn't succeed
- use Dag Wiers rpm's, got a conflict with 1.0.49
- tried to remove 1.0.49 with yum, system persists on removing cacti too which I don't want to

I dunno.. anyone have any Idea when Fedora is going to release RRDTool 1.2?

if you follow the instructs from rrdtool.org it should work just fine.

takes a while, but it is worth it

Have compiled rrdtool on fedora & centos 3.4, & centos 4.0 without any problems
