I may be a little ignorant to how rrdtool works but this fixed my problems entirely.
Woohoo, Graphs do work in 0.6.4 I found the problem I am having, If I use a Capital letter at all in the data source name it will fail to graph at all, as soon as I started creating data sources without any Capital letters ANYWHERE in the name it started working properly. I will just put a lower() function on the datasource submit to fix any accidental caps, it very well may just be my lack of rrdtool knowledge so I don't know if rrdtool allows for caps, but that sure fixed my problem.

Yes there were few such issues in 0.6.4, hopefully they will not be a problem with 0.6.5. By the way, were you not able to use capital letters in data source names that you created, or data source names that were created using 'Make Graph'? That may help when I go to test everything.
the problem came up when I named the datasource from the "Make Graph" link, I did not try creating a datasource manually.
Didn't want to try that, cause I am lazy
