cannot display graph image

cannot display graph image

I am done with installation of cacti but when i try to create graphs it does not show any image.
A window pops up and gives me this error:

I was wondering if i need to install perl ?? I have php 4.3.8 installed and it works fine with apache. Any help would be really appreciated!!

Apparently a script you're using, needs perl. So yes, you need it installed in your system path and configured in IIS.

Turn on debugging under Poller Logging Level for one cycle and post the output.
