Installing install on Win32 and IIS.

I'm running into some install issues... my platform of choice is Win2k3 w/ IIS. When hitting my default page @ localhost, I get the following errors:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: #HY000Host 'ROBMON.corp.theplatform.com' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server in C:\HTTP\cacti\lib\adodb\drivers\adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 339

Cannot connect to MySQL server on '192.168.1.128'. Please make sure you have specified a valid MySQL database name in 'include/config.php'.

I've gone in and modifyed the config.php to use the root account thinking it was a perms issue.. however still no luck? Any ideas? I'm running mysql-essential-4.1.12.

I think I resolved my issue... read a couple of posts over on the MYSQL forum.

I ended up changing my config to use 127.0.0.1 instead of hostname or IP, this seemed to do the trick.
