İf there is no oid index, how can write a code xml for interfaces?

But it is different from my problem.
My problem is, the MIB has no index OID index.
I mean, old-cisco-interfaces-mib.
In this mib local/linterfaces/lifTable/lifEntry/.....
but there is no some oid. So, I cant write a correct xml file.
