Question regarding graph output - seems to be averaging

output to weekly, Monthly Yearly seems to be averaged.
This is not what I expected for some reason.
Query is:
SNMP - Interface Statistics

Using graph type:
Interface - Traffic (bits/sec, Total Bandwidth)

Peak bandwidth for the "24hr period shows as X (x being 3 Mbps).
Weekly shows the same peak at 1.5 Mbps. Monthly shows the same peak at 800 k.

Any suggestions?

It is the graph template, which is displaying the averages, not the data. Edit the graph template your are using to show the data associated with the SNMP - Interface Statistics data source.

Change the Area and Line CF type to what ever you want.
