No RRD Files -> Error Message cmd.php

Hello together,

I hope you can help me with my problem. I've installed cacti 0.86d on a WinXP machine and can't get the graphs working. No rrd files were created by the poller. I've tried severals tricks from this forum but I can't get it working. Here is the error message I get when I run poller.php manualy:

Please download the cygwin version of rrdtool at this location and it will solve your problems.
