I wanted to ask to you if you could explain me thing I have to insert in the panels to create the graphs of the image

Those templates are designed to work with a Data query. Attach the approriate data query to the host and let it query the information. Then when you click "create graphs for this host" it will give you a list of the items that you can create graphs for.
