Graphs not being graphed

Post by pdb »

Hi,

I just added a networking device, and not all graphs are being graphed, this issue has me stumped!

This is the host-template i'm using:

Associated Graph Templates:
- Interface - Traffic (bits/sec)
- Netscreen - CPU Usage
- Netscreen - load average
- Netscreen - Memory
- Netscreen - Sessions

Associated Data Qeuries:
- SNMP - Interface Statistics

Has anybody encountered this before? If yes, what did you do about it?

NOTE: vlan1 has no traffic, that graph is correct!

Well why isn't the 'NetScreen-5GT Traffic' graph not graphed?

Anyway what information would be most usefull?

I have this issue on several devices! For instance on other type of machine I don't seem to get a Discard Errors/sec graph.

Could this have anything to do with missing SNMP MiBs ?

No, please back off the lib/snmp.php to the Cacti 0.8.6c version and let me know how it goes.

You can check two things.
1) To check the permissions for rra/ directory
2) May be the poller Issue. Check the poller is configured well or not. Check if it is spine. Check the path mentioned in the CONSOLE->SETTINGS->PATH is correct or not.
3)You can also try by changing the poller from spine to cmd.php or viseversa.
