RRD Tool Error - Debug Included

Post by arcuro »

Hello,

I am getting this error message when I turn on Image Debug. Can someone let me know what I am doing wrong or not doing? I have given r/w access to all needed folders. I am running on a Win2K3 Server with IIS 6.

The error stated that it can not find the file. When I look in the rra folder there are no files other then the one called ".placeholder"

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening 'c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti/rra/testserver_traffic_in_12.rrd': No such file or directory

Here is the debug code for the

Data Source Debug:

c:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe create \
c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti/rra/testserver_traffic_in_12.rrd \

Here is what the pollor cache shows:

1) turn off web event logging.
2) change Poller Logging Level to DEBUG.
3) clear your cacti.log
4) run poller for one cycle then post cacti.log.

You have scheduled "php poller.php" right. If so, please set logging to DEBUG for 1 pass and run the following:

<path_cacti>/poller.php

post output:

<path_cacti>/cmd.php

post output:

Thanks,

Hello,
I manage to do it.
So i'm speaking here for Windows
U have to run PHP.EXE with the POLLER.PHP every time u make a new graph , u are creating the .RRA file with this command so the poller.php can write in it.

SO:
" C:\php\php.exe c:\apache\htdocs\cacti\poller.php"

bye;")
