Yes, need you log with Debug turned on. Check out Settings->General->Poller Logging Level.

Also, confirm that the user that is running the poller has read and write permissions to the log and rra directory and all the files in those directories.

Yea, "ls -l" will likely uncover that the two files in question are owned by someone other than the person who owns the other ones.

It cant find those 2 files, because they are simply not there, because everything is in /home/btwarehouse/public_html/graph I don't know why its truying to find those 2 files there... and i am running the update tool as root.

Edit your data source for the two objects in question. Compare to others.
