Mikrotik Graphing

Post by RIS_Mike »

I am trying to get cacti to graph a Mikrotik router.
This is the first time i have tried to do customer graphing.

Cacti will find the network interfaces fine using the generic host template.

These are my OID's:
uptime: .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0
total-hdd-space: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.1
used-hdd-space: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.1
total-memory: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.2
used-memory: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.2
cpu-load: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1

I have already created the data templates, and the host template, but i dont understand how to creat the data queries or the graph templates.

Here is the link to the SNMP docs.

http://www.mikrotik.com/docs/ros/2.8/root/snmp

Any help would be great.

Here's a nice guidance http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=4143. Have o look at monachus' posts. Just used them successfully. Take care for possible typos in the xml file!

cheers
