Hello community,
Today we performed an update of a CACTI environment from version 1.2.27 to the new version 1.2.29. With this update, we have found that some users are having issues with the maps, as when hovering over the maps, the cursor for selecting and opening the chart related to the item does not appear correctly.
We’ve tested with different browsers (Edge, Firefox, Brave), and some users have it working in all three, others only in one, and some in none. We also tried accessing through private browsing modes (to check if the issue was related to cache), but the problem persisted.
Currently, we have version 1.3 of the Weathermap plugin installed.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Could you indicate what might be happening?
Thank you very much in advance.
Best regards.

Re: The weathermap plugin fails when selecting arrows related to a chart
We have continued investigating and we have been able to see that the users who have the Classic Theme set in the Settings are the ones experiencing this error. Users who have a theme other than Classic are not facing any issues.
We have updated the Weathermap plugin to its latest version (1.3.1), but the error remains the same.
Would any of you be able to tell me why this might be happening only with users who are using the Classic Theme?
Thank you & Regards.
