Hi , sorry for my bad english, I am new with cacti, I am having difficulty with intropage. My panel datasource displays an empty panel, yet when I click on details I see information (see my attachments). I'm using the latest version of intropage.
What's wrong ?

What other panels with graphs like Devices by status or CPU utilization or device templates? Are they displayed correctly?

If not it is problem with js graph library.

Which cacti version? Which intropage version?
I suggest use not intropage package 4.0.2 but use actual develop branch from github

effectively graphs like Devices by status ,CPU utilization, device templates are not displayed correctly. I use cacti 1.2.19 and until yesterday I used intropage 4.0.2.
I used today the actual develop branch from github, but it still doesn't work.
I get blank panels.

I recommend use cacti 1.2.26....

Try to display few first line of file cacti_install_dir/include/js/billboard.js
Actual version is version 3.10.3 or 3.7.4

And the same for cile d3.js

Thanks macan, after updating cacti to 1.2.26, intropage works correctly.

Hello, I am a new user learning to use Cacti. My Cacti version is 1.2.28, Linux is Ubuntu 24.04, and PHP is version 8.3.6. I downloaded version 4.0.5 of the Intropage from GitHub, modified the permissions, and successfully installed it. I can use the Panels feature without any issues.

However, my main goal is to configure the graphs on the dashboard. As shown in the attached image, my graph has an eye icon next to it. When I click the icon, the graph does not appear in the Intropage tab or console. I have already configured the Intropage view for each user, and there are no errors in the logs.

Could you please advise me on how to add the graph to the dashboard?

I think I loaded everything correctly, I managed to change the permissions on the folder.
Do not know why it is not starting or showing in the user permissions.
Do not see any errors in the logs.

Configuration -> Plugins -> Enable plugin (green icon)

That's what I was looking for, but this is what shows up, no option to enable it.

I hit the green check to enable it. stay tuned.. working on it.

Ping for top 2 devices are not alerting me. Can some one point me into the correct are to make Cacti send an alert?

Also, these errors in the log just started, not sure how to fix it.
