Graph with "wrong" value

Post by PAVBF »

Hello

I have been using cacti (cactiez) for a while to monitor the traffic passing through the ports on my routers.

The first graphs I added work correctly (graph 1), ie shows the real capacity that passes through the port.

Today by adding other graphs, I have capacity in Gb which is not normal (graph 2).

However, I use the same graph template.

Can you please help me solve the problem?

Thank you in advance !

Things to check, you have a value being returned, that value doesn't exceed your data limits of the RRD data source, etc.

use the troubleshooting -> datasources option to test your data source.

Hi Everyone,

I'm currently facing the same issue. Can someone help me resolve it?

Cacti is not displaying the correct traffic values when viewing data over longer periods, such as months or weeks. When the option is set to "Custom," the graph shows the correct values. However, when switching the preset from "Custom" to "2 months," the graph does not accurately reflect the maximum traffic value. For instance, when the actual maximum value should be around 90GB, it only shows a maximum of 70.56GB, even though the graph itself goes beyond this value.
