Thold Never Send Email Notifications

Hello,

I'm currently running Cacti 1.2.28 with Thold 1.8.2 on Ubuntu 22.04. While most features work as expected, notification emails aren't sent when an alert or warning is triggered, even though test emails are delivered successfully.

Could anyone offer some troubleshooting tips? I'm relatively new to using Cacti.

First -> is your mail setting set correctly? Configuration -> Settings -> Mail/Reporting/DNS

Updates: I believe I fixed the issue. I enabled the debug log for threshold notifications and found no emails being sent out initially. I then reinstalled the plug-in, recreated the threshold and notifications list, and am now successfully receiving email notifications.
