Syslog plugin time problem

Hello, i use cacti Version 1.3.0 - Dev f7ffbf2c @ 2023-12-04 13:51 on ubuntu server

I have syslog plugin v 4.2

The problem is in day time is wrong interval

You can see in pictures. I don`t know how to fix
Time on ubuntu server is correct
Time zone too
All look is configure ok but i don`t know where is the problem

Go to Utilities -> System utilities -> php info tab and check:
Timezone Database
Default timezone
date.timezone

It seems that your php doesn't use correct timezone

Thanks, i found where the problem. In php.ini file for apache2
Now work like i wanna. Thanks for support
