Reportit Plugin 1.1.2 not showing any data in the report

Hi Team ,

we are on cacti 1.2.18 which is running on RHEL 7.9 Maipo and we have recently installed a reportit plugin whose version is 1.1.2 .

we wanted to create a weekly traffic report for a few devices (15-20 devices) . we have a few relevant interface in each device so roughly for 30 interfaces , we wanted to create a report for last one week , which should have 2 columns like Inbound traffic and outbound traffic .
But in the report we have only interfaces' names but no traffic details , but in the graph we have the traffic details .PFA image named reportit-1.1.2.png

please not we have measurands but no variable defined . PFA image for template

can you please guide us like what is missing in our reportit template that we are not able to fetch the traffic . please let me know if more info is required from my end .

but are you suggesting /indicating an incompatiability between cacti 1.2.18 and reportit plugin 1.1.2 because i see this plugin working fine in another environment .

Can you please clarify .

1.1.2 was release in 2018. A lot of things have been changed and fixed.

Incompatibility can also be caused by Cacti or PHP versions.

Actual Reportit develop version needs cacti 1.2.11, so you can update.

1.1.4 has been released and 2.0 is under development. Lots of changes are coming. Requirement is 1.2.27++.
