Device up notification sends many emails

Hey all
i seem to have a weird issue with a device returning to UP state, I am getting multiple emails letting me know that it is back up , not sure why or what is causing this.

There is a pending 1.8.2 release that will incorporate some feature improvements and enhancements and bug fixes. It's probably still a month or so out. Track the GitHub project if you are interested in watching progress and making incremental updates.
