Hello,
Does Cacti v1.2.27 support querying devices via RESTful API? Or is there any plugin that allows to do so?
Thanks.

Re: Query devices via REST API
Not now. I'm preparing restful api for plugin servcheck only now.
I would like add restful api in core cacti. But it is more work (store tokens, define queries, ...). It definitely will not part of 1.2.x versions. We can work on it after release 1.3.
If you need it, you can use Data collection -> Data Input Metod (script/command). Your script stores token, login, password and does any query and returns result to cacti. I used it for gathering information from Nakivo backup software.
It is described in our documentation:

Re: Query devices via REST API
Hi macan,
Thank you very much for the speedy reply.
We will need API querying eventually, but not right now, so the workaround you mentioned will be noted and we will check when version 1.3 is released.
Greetings.
